Pacto Preview - Building Renovation Visualizer

Pacto Preview is a civic engagement platform built end to end on Bubble for a Netherlands government rooftop-densification programme. The platform generates an AI render of a resident's actual building with proposed rooftop additions, captures their architectural preferences through structured forms, and routes every submission into an admin review pipeline. Built in Dutch for both web and mobile, with role-based access separating residents from project administrators.
