Farewell – Legacy Messaging Platform

Farewell is a deeply personal end-of-life messaging platform that lets people pre-write messages, answer meaningful reflective prompts, and ensure their words reach the people who matter most after they're gone. Built on Bubble.io, the platform manages two distinct user roles, a four-step AI-assisted onboarding flow, Stripe-powered subscription billing, and fully automated email delivery — all orchestrated through a trusted notifier system that confirms a user's passing before any message is released. Every technical decision was made in service of the emotional weight this product carries. An AI-assisted questionnaire helps users find the right words when their own don't come easily, while the notifier dashboard is built around confirmation safeguards that prevent any message from being triggered by mistake. Five transactional email templates, delivered via SendGrid, handle everything from onboarding to the final, carefully-timed delivery — resulting in a complete, production-ready application that is as reliable as it is meaningful.
