We took The Apprenticeship Candidate from a founder's napkin idea to a fully live platform — one place where UK students can find, track, and apply for apprenticeships without bouncing between a dozen different websites and losing track of where they're at. The core of it is a smart listings dashboard pulling 500+ live opportunities, paired with a multi-filter search that actually narrows things down fast. Students get a colour-coded personal tracker to manage every application through a 6-stage pipeline, so nothing slips through the cracks. On the back end, the admin panel was built for speed — the client's team can publish a new listing in under 30 seconds and run the whole thing independently. Built entirely on Bubble.io, with a guided 4-step onboarding flow and categorised opportunity hubs to make the platform feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
